Health & Safety Protocols for the 2022-23 Season -Celebrating 100 years

Symphony NH is committed to protecting the health of our guests, musicians, and staff as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve. Health and safety protocols for our 2022-23 season will be clearly communicated to ticket holders and posted on Symphony NH's website at symphonynh.org/safety. Please check back regularly for updates, as protocols will evolve with and be informed by recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the state of NH, and the City of Nashua.

Fall/Winter 2022 Concerts: The current COVID-19 situation allows us to move to a mask optional policy for our Fall and Winter 2022 concerts. Audiences are strongly recommended to wear a mask, but it is optional. Those individuals at high risk are strongly recommended to wear a mask. We will not be requiring proof of vaccination upon entry.

At this time, all staff and volunteers at Symphony NH concerts will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the hall.

Safety Guidelines & Procedures

Face Mask Requirement - Face coverings are required to be worn by all staff and volunteers in attendance at a Symphony NH concert or event. Audiences are strongly recommended to wear a mask, but it is optional. Those at high risk are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. We encourage you to review the CDC guidelines for proper face coverings and mask-wearing guidelines.

Proof of Vaccination

At this time, proof of vaccination is currently not required for hall or event admittance.

Please stay home if:

You are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms (such as fever, a sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea, or vomiting).

You are unvaccinated and have been in close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days.

You have been directed to self-isolate or quarantine by a health care provider or public health official. Please follow CDC guidelines and any relevant state travel guidelines.

You are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.

Food and Drink

Food and drink are currently not allowed in the hall and will not be sold during intermission in order to provide the safest possible environment for all.

What We’re Doing

Our venues will be fully cleaned before each concert. Regular and thorough cleanings of all restrooms and public touchpoints, including tables, chairs, and handrails will be executed. Hand sanitizer will be available at entry to the hall.

eTickets/contactless entry: We’re implementing contactless ticketing and entry. Print your tickets at home to show at the door, or save to your smartphone or iPad.

Program books are digital! Begun in 2021-22, our concert program books are now fully digitalized, allowing you to read at any time, from the comfort of any computer or smart phone or tablet, and reducing the possibility of disease transmission through paper materials. The program book link for each concert may also be found on each concert page of our website. QR codes will be available in the lobby as well.

In addition to visiting this page for health and safety information, sign up for our weekly eblast and monthly newsletter for the most up-to-date communications.

Despite the implementation of enhanced safety measures, an inherent risk of exposure to infectious disease still exists. By attending a Symphony NH performance, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to infectious disease, including the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses that cause sickness, and hereby waive all potential claims relating to such risks.
